Waiting for GRANTS

Hi guys, need ko lang po inputs niyo. I'm still waiting for the Subclass 189 outcome, but recently found out that my visa might be refused.

Share ko lang po details:

PTE expired on Nov 2021 (hindi po ako nagretake agad dahil po time pa ng pandemic and I also was not aware of the DHA clause na dapat valid at the time of invite yung english test. I only learned about this 2 days ago)
Got invited on Dec 8 2022
Retook the PTE on Jan 24 2023
Lodged visa application by the end of Jan 2023

Ano pong mas okay gawin? Should I withdraw my visa application? Or should I notify them of the incorrect information?

Possible ba na while waiting for our 189 visa grant, mag-apply kami tourist visa going to AU then sa doon na kami maghintay ng 189 visa grant namin or red flag siya?

Hello sa mga naka-DE FACTO po,

Paano po kapag di kami naglive in pero minsan nagsasama kami, mga 2-3days per week.

Ano ano po ba ang mga requirements?

Nasa Sydney po kami pareho pero planning to apply PR Visa this ber month.

From what I've seen before, joint bank accounts and proof na you live together, anything that would mention both of your names kasi would be strong evidence

Careful with this. I believe if you apply for a tourist visa and mauna ang grant ng 189 mo bago ang tourist visa, your PR will be void.

It may not be the wisest din. On a tourist visa, you will not be able to work and considering the price of goods (not to mention rent) baka mahirap. But then again I’m just assuming here ng situation mo.

Hello baka meron may experience dito? Partner ko kase dependent ko sa 190 visa na nilodge ko, magttourist visa sana siya mag-isa while we are waiting for grant. Alam ko na di advisable, pero baka lang meron na nakatry dito ng ganun?
