Hello may question lang sana ako. I'm currently employed in a local PH firm, pero work from home setup. Balak ko kasi mag overseas stay for a month for vacation and trip on weekends na din with my partner. I'm planning to apply for a japanese single entry temporary/tourist visa. Paano kaya yung pwede ko ilagay sa Form 80? Holiday/leisure trip n lng po ba?

yayy nagchange nga ung visa procesisng time. for 190 kasi 50% in 11/12months few days back.

Now naging 50% in 10months. sana bumilis pa hahah

So they started picking up on March2023 lodge dates for grants

may chance na paubos na ung 189 lodged before March & from this FOI, walang nag lodge ng Mar/Apr?

kaya siguro puro 190 ang grants

Yes because ITA is valid only for 60 days ,invites were issued 8 Dec , technically all invitations are expired as early as Feb

Nice, paubos na nga ang 35K na naglodge from december 2022 invite. so possible wala ding august to november na 189 lodge. kasi yung 7k na nainvite ng may 2023 expired in july2023.. then dec na ulit nag invite ng 189..

@olew may data-foi po kayo ng 190? Pwde makishare din po dito. Thank you

wala pa pong available na full data for 190. meron yung 190 pero specific professions lang, hindi overall. And hindi din gumagana ung links ng ibang files

HI! nainvite ako march 2023 with defacto partner under 190 and lodged visa on april 2023.

QUESTIONS:

Grounds ba for visa refusal since my ex and I broke up in really bad terms months after lodging?
Should I inform DoHA about this o hintayin ko nalang magiging decision nila?
Does DoHA verify if relationship is still genuine after lodgement or locked na yun since invitation??

*I claimed additional 5 points for defacto. Genuine naman yung naging relationship namin the time we lodged visa.

I'd respond pero I'll preface na you might want to talk with a migration agent/lawyer.

1) Hindi naman yan grounds for refusal.

2) Inform them through your ImmiAccount ASAP.

3) Since magiging single ka, then tataas pa dapat yung points claimed mo for partner (from 5-10), so I don't see this as a problem. Pero again, talk with a professional.

Hello! Ask ko lang po sana, regarding 1 month old kong anak, hindi na daw need ng medical pero need ng check up from GP. Need din ng ‘e medical consent form’ saan pwedeng makuha yun? Pinag email din kami sa skilled.support@homeaffairs pero waiting pa din ng response. Paano usually ang process. Salamat!

** Sorry 189 doesn’t include this occupation pla in the list , nag tanong lang kasi it was shared na invited sya 8 Dec 2022 that coincides with 189 round .

Hi ask ko lng po ilan average month para lumabas invitation?

I already had a positive assessment po and was able to submit my EOI last September 2023. I applied for 3 categories, 189 (65pts), 190(70pts) and Family sponsor(80pts) and until now wala pang e-mail na natatanggap. 🙂 Thank you po!

Hi po, regarding employment section po sa visa lodgement. Nalipat po ako ng new work after receiving an invite last year. While lodging the visa, i-nadd ko na si new work ko sa employment history.

Okay lang po ba na i-No yung claiming points then Yes yung related to nominated position?

Need your insights po.

what occupation? unfortunately, there is no average month for invitation. you wait, and wait, and wait... some people here have been waiting for almost a year.

what is the breakdown of your pts? while waiting for invitation, try to aim higher pts and max out every area. good luck po!

afaik as long as you are still doing the same tasks from your previous work, you can continue claiming your current work. so yes - yes

If not planning to claim points na po, would it be Safe to answer No-Yes (No to claiming points and Yes to related to nominated Occupation)?

afaik as long as you are still doing the same tasks from your previous work, you can continue claiming your current work. so yes - yes

ok lang naman. yung saken, dun sa mga di ako nagclaim, ginawa ko na lang no - no (mas safe?). though wala naman na ata bearing yan since youre not totally modifying your points

189 - 65pts
