Hello po! I’m trying to fill out Form 80 just in case it will be asked for. Regarding po sa address: OFW po pla ako currently residing in KSA and at the same time meron dn permanent address sa pinas. Pwede po ba na 2 ang current address? Thank you po.

This is for 10 year history address, I guess Q17. If in this timeline u mostly stayed in KSA, then put the KSA addresses, if in the Philippines it's a visit for holidays, you indicate that in the Travel Section. For me I input all UAE addresses since I stayed here for more than 10 years and my holiday visit in the Philippines for a month each year, I put it in the travel section. Hope it helps.

Para sa kin ay yes po, ganun nga po. Dyan po yta sa Q17 ibabase yun required mo na kuhanin na Police clearance. Kagaya po sa akin ay UAE PCC lng ang required sa kin at no need na un NBI. Sa case mo ay probably you need both NBI and KSA PCC.
