upload a document boss sa DHA. what i did was a letter that had screenshots of the dates i had booked past the 28 day lead time. didnt get a notice or confirmation from them but my medical was past due. na-grant naman, no issues.

Hi to all. I have lodged my visa application for NSW190 last 14th May, and I am scheduled for medicals on 15th June. I am claiming points for 8+ years skilled and this was already assessed and gained a positive feedback by EA thru CDR + RSEA.

So pwede na ba ako magresign sa current job ko since I already submitted together with my EA CDR+RSEA, my payslip, COE, Work Reference, Social Contributions, Tax Report as proof for my employment claim.

Ang balak ko kasi maghanap na ng other work, perhaps international company para makapgready ako for AU.

Hello po. I did not inform DHA na I won't make it sa 28 days deadline. Lodged my visa on Feb 7, submitted my medical on March 12. Seems like they know na mahirap talagang makakuha ng schedule.

If you really wish to inform them, in your Immi account, update details, baka pwede mo isingit yung case mo regarding medical.

Ito yung explanation about update details:

Update details allows you to provide the department with new information or to change information in relation to your application. This includes the following forms:

Appointment or withdrawal of an authorised recipient (including migration agent)

Change of address details

Change of email address

Change of passport details

Notification of changes in circumstances

Notification of incorrect answer(s)

Request to cancel a temporary resident visa.

Hi Guys.. asking for my sister-in-law...

they just got their ITA under 491 SA as Cook. they're in the process getting the documents required to lodge the final application.

the question is, their agency is saying that they need to get their documents certifed (certify true copy) by the agency themselves as required by the immigration. They need to copies for each document which is gonna cost them around 1,800 USD.

Can anyone confirm if this is true? Does anyone know about this? are you guys going through this as well?

No. We submit our documents without getting it ctc. My agent accepted and says no need to certify as long as clear scanned ung documents in color

Hi I hope this helps, I also asked my agent about the need to CTC the documents. And they told me na kapag black and white ang document mo, you need to secure a CTC of it, I think nakalagay din yun somewhere during the visa lodgement mismo, I cannot remember exactly. And I think pwede naman ikaw mismo mag pa certify nun. Baka kaya lang nagooffer sila agency mo ng may bayad kasi sila ggawa nun for you.

Hi. It did not change, status remained 'received' until I got the visa grant.
