you should put everything. what i did when i had mine was to put even if it's just a three-day training or a whole month away for vacation.
continuous yun, kung kelan ako lumabas ng pinas papunta kung saan and bumalik sa pinas. the reason is pwede nilang macheck ung travel history mo, and it will be a bad thing if they found at that you are lying about these simple deets. so enumerate mo lahat as required.

yep need mo ilagay na bumabalik ka sa pinas. again, they will be able to trace your travel history. in my case, i did work in UK before being in AU, so all of my travels going back home to PH when I was still in UK, declared lahat un. some people say that it's gonna be too much in filling in information, but risking on not saying the entirety of the truth when declaring might be a loophole.
konting tyaga lang sa pag fill in ng info. i suggest, tabulate it on an excel file so may reference ka na always 🙂
