This topic is for those po na waiting for grant na. And It would be hard for us to check on each others current status visa of those who are waiting nalang kasi po natabunan ng mga questions na di relevant sa topic. Thanks! May nakaexperience na po ba dito na hindi nagdeclare ng relevant work experience sa EOI—

And then during visa lodging, sinama nyo pa po ba yung mga undeclared work expi sa documents na inupload nyo po? Or only the ones declared in your EOI?

invited po ako sa visa 189. Kaso expired last sept assessment ko, ano po mangyayari kapag hindi ako nag apply visa within the 2mos.. Ano po mangyayari sa EOI ko? > @wenwerwu said:

wala akong nakitang option na iwithdraw esp yun EOI na nainvite

last august 22 , 2 eoi’s ko ang na invite,, 1 lang ni lodge ko but yun isa di ko alam pano iwithdraw

ah yes. i remembered reading na you can't do anything not until matapos yung 60 days. kasi locked yung EOI mo for 60 days. sadly, di sya macancel. i think it's okay kasi automatic naman sya mawawalan ng effect yung ITA. it's not like 2 visa applications nilodge mo which will be a problem.

you should put everything. what i did when i had mine was to put even if it's just a three-day training or a whole month away for vacation.

continuous yun, kung kelan ako lumabas ng pinas papunta kung saan and bumalik sa pinas. the reason is pwede nilang macheck ung travel history mo, and it will be a bad thing if they found at that you are lying about these simple deets. so enumerate mo lahat as required.

not sure kung pwede mo sabihin sa immi account mo na "just refer to form80." given that - yep, i did include in immi account and form 80. it will not take for so long to put these details, so walang mawawala

Question lang din po. What if nasa abroad kayo, kailangan nyo po ba jan ilagay ang Philippines sa travel history nyo? Salamat

yep need mo ilagay na bumabalik ka sa pinas. again, they will be able to trace your travel history. in my case, i did work in UK before being in AU, so all of my travels going back home to PH when I was still in UK, declared lahat un. some people say that it's gonna be too much in filling in information, but risking on not saying the entirety of the truth when declaring might be a loophole.

if you will read it properly, you need to declare if your travel is for leisure, business purposes or even visits back to your own country. so regardless ka pa, you need to declare.

Hello good evening po sa mga nagrant na ng 189 at 190 o kung sino man may alam. May pre-invite po kasi ko sa 190 VIC at ITA sa 189 lumabas early this week. Target ko po makapaglodge na next week para sa 189 bale nagkukumpleto nalang ako employment documents. 3rd month ko palang po sa current company ko at di naman kasama to sa claimed points ko kaya gusto ko lang po sana hingin thoughts niyo sa plano kong magresign na sa November after makapaglodge ngayong October kasi medyo mabigat workload ko ngayon kaya balak ko hanap nalang sana ng mas magaan while waiting sa grant. Nakakahiya din kasi sa current company ko mahal yung mga trainings na balak nila sakin iprovide tapos aalisan ko din sila. Pwede din po ba yung next work ko if ever di muna connected sa nominated occupation ko since locked na application ko?

Ask ko lang po gano kalaki chance ma visa grant kapag naka receive na ng ITA under subclass 189? And ilang months po ung usual waiting time from your experience.

For those na naka lodged na ng visa and already had their medical. Just wanna ask if may timeframe ba in getting a medical after lodgement? I mean does DHA requires to make appointment within 14 days after lodgement or 1 week? asking because I am considering my other personal schedule.

Ang biometrics ay within 14 days. Ang medical wala nman timeframe.

Hi po, medyo noob question. Pwede po ba maglodge ng VISA applicaiton if expired yung Passport ko? Though nakasched na ako to get one, pero 1 month after yung usual release ng passport. Thanks!
