Guys, question.

Is it possible that I get invited again after I refused a 189 invitation?

I have a 190 visa lodged and its taking a long time to be granted for some reason. Im having second thoughts of lodging 189 while I wait for my 190 hoping a quicker process. I plan to refuse the 189 ITAbefore the 60 days expiry before I lodge another EOI to get another 189 ITA and extend it.

Is it okay? Can I get invited again?

there is a possibility of getting invited again. but why do you want to go over the process every time and in the end, you'll just ignore the invitation anyway? will there be a chance that you'd grab 189 eventually?

sayang kasi yung slot kung ganyan gagawin mo. sana naibigay na lang dun sa iba na maga-accept. saka ka na lang mag EOI ulit pag decided ka na talaga na mag accept ng 189 invitation.

Why would you create a new EOI for 189 if you will refuse your 189 invite now?

To keep my options open while I wait for 190 grant which is taking longer than usual.

pwede ka naman mag keep ng options na hindi nagsasayang ng invitation. lalo ngayon na-prove mo na, na posibleng ma-invite sa 189.

Don't worry because I don't compete with you. All my 233211 peers are all invited except me.

@jobxxx hi po, got a visa189 invite last october 6, but the validty of my skills assessment is until sept 11 2022. Nag file ako ng new assessment nung october 5, waiting sa new assessment

Can i continue applying for a visa?

Sorry ah, pero ang insensitive ng tanong na to, are you aware na maraming frustrated to get an invite, pero ikaw tatapon mo lang yung 189 invite? Ok ok, we know AU is begging for 233211 people so go ahead. lol.

And no it's not a competition, you are clearly more privileged and the system just works in favour of you, congratulations, why would "competition" even come to your mind in response to someone who's answering your question with possible known scenarios. Looks like you're just really not here looking for answers.

Agree on this. Kung 491 ang unang visa mo understandable pa ang desire to lodge a new one, kaso parehong PR ang 190 and 189 e. And grabe sa wait time a, for sure ang iggrant agad sa 189 e mga healthcare professional at years na naman for everyone else.

In my perspective, a faster grant gets you to Aus in a shorter amount of time, then masisimulan mo na buhay mo here. Pinakamahalaga dito ang full working rights. 190 or 189 doesnt matter to employers here, basta PR.

Take it from me na naglodge ng EOI Sept 2017 pa pero nainvite Feb 2020. Nakakabaliw talaga maghintay. Think things rationally.

Legit question naman. Di insensitive yan. Intindihin nyo lang. E kung na invite siya 2x or 3x, with separate eois, pakialam ba ng iba. Im sure madami din dyan may multi eois, di lang naiinvite yun sa inyo.

189 invite, waiting for lodgment. Di nga lang ma lodge kasi di pala kaya financially kasi nga nakapag lodge na

Option 1: reject the invite, then apply again then wait. Ipon, just in case ma invite ng 189 ulit.

Option 2: borrow money, lodge. Magkano lang naman yan kung 1 or 2 lang kayo magpprocess ng visa. Wait for both 189 or 190 to be granted. Pag may na grant na isa, cancel kabila

True. Wait it out, there's a time to be proactive sa process (which you've done, may 190 lodge ka na e) and a time to let things happen. Mukhang ang ultimate end goal mo naman ay makuha ang PR, literal nasa end stage ka na. 190 or 189, they are both PR and parehas naman may long wait. Think things through, long-term, and don't act agad on your emotions. Temporary lang ang wait.
