Sure pm mo ko. Oo sobrang mahal talaga. Kaya kung kaya mo naman mag-antay na magnormalize na yung migration climate, then wait na lang muna. Or try to find scholarships kasi baka qualified ka naman.

Mag expire kase ung visa ko sa July 2021, and plan ko sana na kumuha ng nursing sa University of Sunshine Coast or Southern Cross University. Is anyone here who can give me any tips? or if you have any recommended school? I am keen to move to a regional area as well.

I have a friend who studied Nursing at USC. What type of tips/recos are you looking for exactly? I can try to ask my friend about her experiences in studying there (she's not on this forum kasi).

Yes Maam. Specific po na Construction Project Management. Binabasa ko kasi maigi yung Qualification na hinahanap ng Vetassess at ang sabi doon:

Hindi ko po alam kung ano ang PR pathway kung generic lang na Master of Project Management. Baka masayang lang po ang pera ninyo kung walang pathway.

Tanong ninyo po sa agency. As far as I know no strings attached. Wala naman po kayong contract e.

ung pasok sa banga na 2 years + Proj management na focuses on engineering / construction / built environment ay sila UNIVERSITY OF MELBOURNE, WESTERN SYDNEY, SWINBURNE UNIVERSITY. not sure kung meron pang iba,. ung ibang schools either focuses on the business side or 1.5 years lng duration.

si swinburne may 30% automatic na scholarship - depends on your qualifications

kay wsu naman meron din 7k aud na scholarships - meron pa syang exit route na certificate - if 6 months lng natapos mo, diploma if 12 months tpos masters pag natapos mo na buo.

I am currently studying Advanced of Diploma of Leadership and Management.

What I am really after is that, is Sunshine Coast a good location? Given that it is a regional area, I'm a little bit confused if I'll choose to study there. I don't have any background in Nursing but I like to do it because it has been my dream and one of the fastest way of becoming a PR.

Also, is USC a good school? Since nasa Sydney po kase ako, I haven't heard anything from that school. My sister went to SCU but they don't have July intake for international students.

Ask ko lang if strict ba sa proof of funds for Filipinos recently ang immigration? Yung brother in law ko kasi gusto namin help sa pag aaral nya but my wife is not working at the moment. We have huge savings here in Au but accepted ba ang in-law (brother in law nya ko) to be a sponsor? Salamat po sa sasagot

@xiaoxue, madalas ata sa mga online classes, on-demand sya so hawak mo ang oras mo. May mga materials ka lang na i-aaccess like video recordings siguro ng prof or exercises, books, etc.
Sana lang talaga counted yung online portion sa Australian Study requirement kahit need ang minimum onshore study na 16 months para makakuha ng +5 points sa PR visa. Malabo na kong maka 16 months dun kung next year July or later pa mag reopen ang border at magstart na ko ngayon mag aral.
Buti pa yung ilang students sa Northern Territory nag pilot return na sila sa school nila sa CDU. Sana sumunod na din yung ibang mga schools.

Hi. Ask ko lang, online class ka ngayon? I need an advise, kasi okay nako sa uni application ko, PTE nlang kulang. Just in case makapag exam nako at makuha ko ung required na score, pwede mag online class na kahit wla pang student visa? Sorry, nalilito kasi ako. February 2021 intake dapat ako kaso sobrang gahol na sa oras kasi wlang open na testing center dito sa Cebu 🙁

I'm planning to study in Australia to increase my points for Visa 189/190. I am currently at 85/90.

I would like to ask if I can claim extra points under the Australian Study Requirement and Study in Regional Australia (Perth) on the basis of the following:

more than 1 qualification that results in a total of at least 2 academic years of study resulting in an eligible qualification (one certificate and one diploma) 92 weeks that contribute towards 1 or more acceptable qualification

be registered on CRICOS

Also, if I was still invited based on my current 85/90 points pero nagrant na ang Student Visa, can I still proceed with the application for 189/190?

Nag apply na po ako ng Student Visa at tapos na po ang medical exam requirement. Na submit na sya sa home affairs.

Ang tanong po ko, how many days or months po sila mag-feedback kung accepted or rejected?

Hello, sakin 5 days lang after ko nagpabiometrics, narelease na yung visa.

Hello, kumusta kayo dito? May visa na ba kayo at nag-study online? Ako may visa na pero nagpadefer ako to July intake kasi hindi ko kayang mag-online study.

Anyway, post ko lang dito yung napanood kong video ng migration lawyer na si Karl Conrad. Sabi nia, wala pang Covid Concession na nagsasabing pwedeng mag-claim ng 5 points para sa Australian Study Requirement sa Migration Points Test kung nag-aral online. Ibig sabihin, hindi pa natin pwede i-assume na kapag nag-online study tayo ngayon e may 5 points tayo pagka-graduate. Sana mag-announce yung immigration regarding this issue para malinaw.

2nd Sem na ko ng online study, after nito magpapa defer na ko for next year. Inaassume ko din na di ako makakapag claim ng points kung hindi mo ma meet yung 16 months na on-campus study. So kung bukas na ang border next year, may 12 months pa akong on-campus study. Mukhang pang post graduate visa lang talaga yung online study na macredit ngayong pandemic. Balak ko mag take na lang ng extra elective subjects para ma extend yung on-campus study next year or mag enroll ng another course. Ang importante makakuha ako ng 3 years post graduate visa after netong course ko. Saka ko na lang itutuloy yung pag aaral (or mag enroll ulit ng ibang course) habang nagwowork ng full time dun. Sa ngayon mas importante sakin may full time work ako to sustain my study expenses (more than 1M na so far ang tuition na nabayaran . Another option pag nandun na ko is to do a professional year or gain extra points for 1 year local experience.

Very competetive! You have to come up with a research proposal that will get the university’s attention. I tried once and they dismissed it saying it’s not enough. Good luck! If you’re in IT, think of something along the lines of Data Science, Blockchain, or Cryptography!
