Activating 491 visa

85 lang points ko, naging 75 pa nung nag-40 years old ako. by God's grace nainvite pa rin:-)
@rellim115 hello po..me idea po ba kau regarding sa age requirement if mag apply ng visa 491 then mag transition to 191..like if makapasok na sa Australia under visa 491 at age 42, then di po ba dapat makapag live and work muna for 3 years bago makapag apply for PR under 191, then by that time over 44 y.o na yng age so hindi na po feasible for PR di po ba? or mali ba pagkaintindi ko?

wala na pong age requirements si 191, so as long as maapprove po si 491, kelangan lang mameet ang requirements such as 3years living in regional australia + 3 years full time work + taxable income requirements (around 54000AUD a year if not mistaken) para maging eligible sa 191 po

Sa 191 ang maximum, kung ifafactor ang maximum sa time na magapply and processing time pa. Abot na almost 55 na.

Age limit for 491 and not under 45. It’s at 45. So you could turn 46 tomorrow but if you get an invite today you’ll still be eligible. With 191 - Honestly, there is no provisions stating the age limit for 191. I’m not sure where this information was gotten from 🤷‍♀️

how about a concessionaire card? specifically yung pwede gamitin para subsidized ang tuition sa TAFE

Inapply ito thru online upon arrival yung medicare.Kaya at least 1-2 months bago ka mabibigyan ng card. Upon arrival kasi hinihingi ito sa application form.

Concessionaire card - pang 60 years old and above.

Hi! Questions lang po. Nagrant na po kasi ako for 491 visa Far South Coast, NSW. Sa email letter po may mga visa conditions na nakalagay. pero upon opening ng immiaccount ko po wala po nakadisplay like yung proof of address, must attend interview, etc. Meron po ba sa inyo nagcomply na dito? Also, baka po meron may idea sainyo if pwede po kaya magstay muna outside the region for a few months while looking for housing and work if 491 visa holder o dapat po derecho agad sa region? Lastly po, meron pa po ba dapat gawin or submit before magtravel? Sorry po ang daming tanong and maraming salamat po sa sasagot.

Hi po! I applied as single po, pero sa form 80 okay lang po ba yun if ni declare ko po yung boyfriend ko? Hindi po ba mababawasan ng points? Hindi po kami living together and never married po. Thank you po sa sasagot.

Yes, hindi mababawasan ang points mo. Pero kung ang totoo pala ay live in/defacto, wag mo iclaim kasi matutuklasan rin nila if nmgverify.

Kaya, if you want to get married, you must wait hanggang magrant na ang visa mo, saka kalang pwede maging married/ o defacto ang status.

Yup, you’re eligible for Medicare, just fill up the form online and email it to the, with a copy of your passport and visa grant. Pero in my experience and on advice of my colleagues, I followed it up personally sa office nila kasi it had been a month and wala pa ring balita haha so upon going to their office, they issued me a document with my Medicare number, which can already be used, while waiting for the actual card to be mailed to me, na hanggang ngayon, 2 months na, wala pa rin hahaha

Hi po, ask ko lang po yung situation ko now. Nung naglodge ako ng EOI nasa regional area pa yung cousin ko which is my sponsor for this visa. Now, may ITA na ako pero lumipat sila sa hindi na regional area for two months na? Worth it ba na itry to apply for visa or hindi na? Syang din kasi, if I'm right may down payment na, na non-refundable if I proceed.

In addition, yung pinanggalingan nyang bahay is sa kanila and now pinaparent nalang since malayo nga sa current work nila yun kaya lumipat sa non-regional area.
