Hello, Id like to seek advice & opinion po about Stat Dec. I was able to ask for an SOS sa past employers following the Vetasses format. Di lng po ako makarequest sa current employer. Reason is, ayoko po sana ipaalam ung migration plan ko. I worry na once malaman nila e maisip nila i-let go na ako or di na irenew ang pass ko lalo po during this time na crisis, nagbabawas po talaga ng tao. I know I can get a Stat Dec instead but I am not sure if it is correct to state my reason mentioned above.

Should I be honest? Meron din po ba gumawa ng stat dec sa inyo having the same reason as mine? Ano po ba ang pde pang ibang reason in my case?

Opinyon ko lang po ito

Na try nyo po ba mag-draft at mag-pasign lang sa direct supervisor or manager? Hindi po kailangan na HR mismo ang signatory sa statement of service letter. Pwede nyo naman po sabihin na for visa purposes for future travels which is kailangan talaga ng certificate of employment kapag magaapply ka ng mga tourist visa.

As for statutory declarations, ilalagay mo rin ang contact number ng HR or boss mo dun at ang reasons kung bakit hindi ka nakakuha ng letter. Maari pong i-contact sila ng vetassess kung hindi valid yung reason mo at mas magugulat ang employer mo nyan,
