cholle We just bought our first property - settlement is next week. We intentionally bought a unit less than 5km from the Sydney CBD - we didn't want a house at this point but may consider it pag di na kami sa city nagwowork - we don't have kids (but we have a dog) and both of us are working professionals. Deposit was mostly saved up when we were in Singapore. Our LVR was almost 90%. The unit is not brand new, but again that's our preference - I work in strata management and know that bnew units have defects and the BC can go through hell before they are sorted, plus you know what you're getting (no surprises kumbaga)

fishball2017 @IslanderndCity i think if sure namabebenta mo din un property in the end good investment siya. basta d ka lang lugi. imagine if naging million un value ng property mo and hindi ka na makapag work. instead of nsa resthome ka at nagtitipid uwi ka ng ph. kahit mangupahan ka dun forever hindi mauubos yun million mo. jollibee ka pa everyday hanggang masuka ka sa chicken joy =)
