Bossing. try mo yung luma mong passport nun 1st time mo magkawork sa Singapore. yung FIN/NRIC mo (hopefully) tinatak/nandun sya nun first time mo makakuha ng S-Pass/E-Pass. sana makatulong. Otherwise eh need mo ng authorization letter with evidences (i.e., current passport, current IDs, Visa papers) para makuha ng kakilala mo sa MOM (Ministry of Manpower) or ICA. Hinde nila ibibigay yan over the phone lang. hope that bit of info helps. good luck.
PS -- isa pa palang option eh. need mo ng kakilala sa Sg na may valid na S-Pass/E-Pass tapos input nila details nila dito..
