i just signed a rental contract for a two bedroom apartment in Fremantle, WA

I will sub-let the other room..

Single room furnished bed/mattress and cabinet..

8 mins to the train station by bus..

25 mins to Perth city by train..

bus stop is in front of the building..

@lock_code2004 3 years old. Yung preferred area, wala pa talagang specific area of choice, pero siguro pinakamalayo na sana ung Bunbury from Perth. Basta wag naman po ung masyadong liblib na lugar.

I have one room available by October 5 in West perth. Malapit lang sa city, leederville and northbridge and around 5 mins walk ang free zone to city. Preferred tenant sana ay female and good for one lang.

Fully furnished din ung room and ung buong bahay.

Ung rent is $ 190 + electricity.
