Do we still need PRC Board rating and board passing certificate?

Do we still need PRC Board rating and board passing certificate for requirements? or okay lang sya pag wala naman? thank you and god bless.

In my case, di po ako nag-submit nyan. Only copy of PRC ID lang.

@mamertz my iba clear scanned copy ng PRC ID ang inaupload sa Vetassess. nagtry ako magupload ng ID and PRC Certificate pero need ni Vetasses 1 doc lng kaya inupload ko nlng PRC Cert since meron nmn ako nun.

Schools & Sections Updated meron dito sa Pinoy Au tool bar makikita mo yun.
