<u><b>you have two options:</b></u>
1) look for an employer who can sponsor (visa 457)...
2) since nasa CSOL sched 2 ang Chef/Cook.. you can apply for a skilled migrant Visa 190 - state sponsorship... or Visa 489 - regional sponsorship...
Chef/cook is in demand in WA.. it is there in their list of occupation.. check their website google mo lang "Western Australia immigration"
My brother also just completed culinary in the phils, and we are looking for different options for him, either employer, skilled migrant, or get apply a student visa first for cert3 or 4 cookery...
