Hello po. Question lang po regarding visa 491 bale bukod sa EOI eh talagang required din po ba talaga magsend ng ROI sa preferred regional area mo in your chosen state? On-going research pa po ako ngayon eh. Eh pano po yun since di na kami umabot sa March 2022 submission window tama po ba intindi ko Aug 2022 na kasunod bale hihintayin na next FY magbukas? O may chance pa din po ba mainvite kami kahit EOI lang sa Skill Select basta 'any' piliin sa state? Kasi based po sa trend napakaliit ng chance mainvite sa 189 at 190 dahil sa backlogs kaya yung 491 po sana ipursue kong path pagkalabas nung hinihintay kong EA assessment results. Patulong po sa may alam please. Salamat.

Kung offshore ka, idisregard mo nalang. Wag na magpasa kasi baka marefuse ka sa dulo. Sayang rin ang gastos sa roi submission and sa lodgment. If dumaan ka nga ganun and naapprove ka ng visa and there will be a time na natuklasan nila na offshore ka pala nun, baka pauwiian ka sa Pinas.

Hello good day po. Question lang po regarding Visa 491, since closed na yung March window para sa FY 2021-22, ang ginawa ko nakadraft lang muna yung EOI ko sa SkillSelect for 491. Tama po ba ko ng pagkakaintindi na required hintayin magbukas yung next submission window para sa ROI submission? Kasi iniisip ko walang sense kahit gumawa na 491 EOI ng wala ka naman corresponding ROI tama po ba yun? Lumabas na po kasi kahapon positive EA assessment ko kaya yung EOI for Visa 189 at 190 nasubmit ko na. Eh gusto ko na din po ayusin yung sa 491 sana since realistically speaking dun mas may chance mainvite nowadays. Patulong po sa may alam please. Salamat.

Hi po! Maybe someone can answer my question po, especially sa mga same field ko po Medical Laboratory Scientist

I’ve read po from the site ng immi, na 90 na yung lowest point ng invites last invitation round (Jan 2022) sa 189 visa. Tinaas na rin po ba yung sa MLS? The last time I heard po kasi 2020, they were inviting MLS with the score of 70.

If tinaas na nila, may chance pa po kaya mainvite if 80 points? EOI last update April 7, 2022.

Iniisip ko na po if mag-491 visa na. Pero di ko pa po kasi magets pano gagawin, dapat po ba ilagay ko na sa EOI ko yung 491 visa option, then nagsubmit ng ROI sa state? NSW for example kasi yun lang po alam kong may regions na open for offshore.

Sana po may makatulong kung ano po best way. Thank you po and God bless!

Yung trend of invites for MLS ng 189 after September 2020 invites, puro 90 pts na pataas. Kasama po lahat ng occupation dun. Ako 75 pts 189 ang EOI ko nung June 2021 pa naka submit, but no chances since ang baba ng points ko. I opted to submit EOI naman for 491 FS stream nitong January 29, 2022 at 90 pts. Hoping na mainvite na this coming round, kasi yung last na nabalitaan ko na MLS na nainvite Jan 2022 round nasa 85 pts sya under 491 FS. Yung sa NSW 491 State Nomination yun, sa mismong website ka nila ata mag ssubmit ng ROI, not so familiar sa procedure dito but you can ask yung mga MLS na nainvite this April 2022 under 491 State Nomination ng NSW, parang 3 ata sila na MLS nakita ko na naivite under that stream last invitation round, lowest point ata was 85pts. 😊

Hi. Good morning po. Sa mga SC 491 visa holders at nakarating na sa AU tatanong ko lang po sana about sa subclass 491 state nominated, kung sa Illawarra NSW RDA ka nakareceived ng pre invite, dun ka lang ba allowed mag stay at mag work or pwede ka mag stay sa ibang regional area within NSW?

Are months of August and October abovementioned are for FY 2021 only? or meron po ulit upcoming 2022-23 FY, this coming august. Thank you in advance.

I asked my agency also about this, they said is isindicated in the pre invitation, it is only applicable in the specified rda. Not transferrable po.
