Guys, advise please.. Me and my family had our medical exams last June. And last July 29 we received email from GSM Team 6,informing us that "the outstanding requirement is the finalisation of the medical exam of my son". This might be due to his history of PTB complex, although he has undergone medication already. Has any of you experienced the same,how did it affect your application?

Im just worried because it's been more than 2mos since we carried out med exams, yet we're still waiting for their decision.

@hard2handle, We have the same case, I just learned that my daughters medical was referred to MOC because she was diagnosed with primary complex when she was 1 y/o, even if we had submitted a medical clearance from her pedia stating she underwent medication for several months and is now cleared. Was excited pa naman thought August was 'the month' for us. Oh Well no choice but to wait Fingers crossed.

@rguez06,been waiting for more than 2 months already. Let's just hope that this will not hinder them from granting us the visa.

@hard2handle Hinde naman cguro, yun nga lang we have no choice but to wait since may backlog sa MOC, konting hintay na lang yang sayo kasi more than 2 months na, sakin kakasimula pa lang isang malaking HAYY....

@hard2handle marami na ko nabasa na same case satin, I think sop na lang tlga ang marefer anything related to TB, ang kaso lang ngaun is maraming backlog cases sa MOC kaya natatagalan. Nagsubmit ka ba ng clearance from your child's pedia? Ako kasi hiningan kami and nakasubmit naman kaya I thought hinde na marerefer, pero it still was.

@ledzville kaka pamedicals lang namin sa st lukes global, mabilis lang kasi konti lag tao. Pinabalik lang kami ng 1pm dahil yung pedia doctor afternoon pa ata siya. Hindi rin na nila tinignan yung mga dala kong med certs ng previous operations ko pati past xrays ko. 🙂

yes,we submitted clearance from pedia. I also thought that was enough. Good thing meron ka na pala nabasa na same case satin. Lahat ba positive ang result?

Frustrating na kasi 6yrs na ang application namin & when we were allocated to a CO last may,we thought ok na lahat pero eto intay parin.

Woah grabe ang tagal na pala ng application nyo, edi paper based pa sya? I think you should follow-up na since its outside standard processing time, kelan ka ba huling nag-inquire about status ng medical nyo?

Nung july 31 last nagemail c CO. Subclass 496 ung amin,paper based pa kme. Ano ba ang standard processing time?para sa medical lng ba yun or for the visa application itself?

Do you know when nareferrer medical ng dependent mo? from that date kasi 8 weeks ang alam ko, so since more than two months na, over 8 weeks na sya.

You mean narefer sa MOC? I dont kmow when exactly but according to our CO's email last jul 31,my son's medical is the only outstanding requirement.

Since we're not using emedical i dont know how i can check his medical exam status. But we're planning to inquire with our CO if by end of month wala parin.

done with our medical check at london clinic dfc dubai. the doctor was so nice during the medical check/interview. natagalan lang kami kasi they have to let us stay for the re-check of my husband's BP. 1st try is 170/90 the 160/90 and lastly 140/90. ayun after 3 tries and 2-1/2 hour of waiting pwede na daw young 140/90.

hopefully maging ayos naman yung result.

@bluemist thank you, hope maging ok napo medicals nyo. Regarding po sa form 80 and 1221, nilagay nyo po ba middle name nyo? o hindi nalang para consistent dun sa e visa application nyo?

hi sis, okay lang naman po i declare, nung nagpa medical kami kahapon, hindi naman ako tinanong about my meds. yung husband ko po ang tinanong lang, which is pang skin allergy lang. tanong lang niya ay kung kailan usually siya nag tatake nuon. Sa st. lukes global pala kami nagpa medical. mabilis lang, better kung maaga mga 7am bukas na sila. 🙂

we are scheduled for our medical exam on tuesday next week but my son has an ear infection. he is presently taking antibiotics and expected to finish it in 5 days. would there be an effect to the medical examination or is it advisable to reschedule the appointment until his infection is cleared?

@sinli_au share ko lang po ginawa sa son ko nung nagpa medicals kami last week:

Urinalysis
Height and weight
Physical exam (bilang ng fingers and toes hehe, listened to heartbeat)

4.by pedia: interview ng developmental milestones (asked my son what's his name, age, birthdate, asked him to stand on one foot for 10 secs ata, asked him to button his polo (dress by himself), knows the days of the week and toilet trained)

Okay naman yung mga doctors lalo sa kids, yung pedia nga sabay pa sila nag stand on one foot. Hehe

Present ko lang sa iyo yung ginawa sa amin para you can decide if you want to proceed na with your medicals. 🙂
