Select Option 2 pag may CO na na-allocate na, then 0 to speak to a person. Mahaba-haba ang paghintay. In may case kanina, one operator put me on hold to check your status (kasi nga hindi ka mahanap), then the line dropped out. Then tawag ako uli and I had to explain everything again from the beginning to another operator!!
You will need your TRN/passport number, full name, date of birth and address. Pero kung may agent, I don't think they will speak to the applicant directly.
