@cchamyl kami ang nilagay namin diyan sa national id card ay yung TIN, birth certificate, marriage certificate and SSS. tapos leave blank lang namin yung id/document number.

check mo yung form 1023, yun ata yung fill up kung may incorrect info na sinupply sa application form. siguro try to accomplish it, then once magka CO ka, tsaka mo i raise yung concern mo. Try mo ba basa sa ibang threads kung may naka experience ng ganyan. this is just my opinion ha.. 🙂 hehe

pareho lang tayo ng sagot, nag NO din kami para wala ng maraming docs na kailangan e submit. yung housemate namin, NO din ang answer.. ayun may visa na, palipad na nga next month hehe</blockquote>

@cchamyl ayun! 🙂 basta consistent ka nalang, kung wala kang dineclare sa application form mo, try to be consistent with your form 80 just in case the CO requests for it. 🙂

@cchamyl kami naman, we did not include our middle names sa application forms, pero duon sa form 80, kung ano yung names na nakalagay sa id, yun ang nilagay namin, kasama ang middle name just in case humingi sila ng scanned copy. kung ano lang sa items sa form 80 yung hiningan ng middle name, duon lang kami nag lagay.. para consistent sa application namin. hindi na kami nag request na palitan yung info, sana maging okay siya hehe 🙂

pero yung cnabi mo @bluemist.. yun din naisip ko.. kac technically... wala naman talaga ako national ID... ask ko na lang c CO sa monday... naks! assuming... hahahah

Sa SG PCC ba magrereply sila when you email them an appeal? How did you know the date/schedule of the result?

We've sent an appeal for COC last Wednesday but didnt receive an email confirmation or anything (yet).

What appeal are you talking about @kangaroo?

Let me share our experience noh, upon getting a CO, we were furnished with a letter to be given to the SG Police. This was the request for a PCC...

Nagbayad lang kami, filled-out a form and we were fingered (pangit pakinggan!!) - 2 wks later, may PCC na kami.

Certificate of Clearance

The Singapore Police Force (SPF) no longer issues the Certificate of Clearance (COC) to non-Singapore citizens. However, if a COC is still required by a non-Singapore citizen, he/she may wish to submit an appeal to SPF. The applicant can submit scanned copies of the below documents to spf_cid_coc@spf.gov.sg. The processing time is about 10 working days.

The appeal form of which a copy is attached below;

An official letter from the Australian agency which requires the COC. This letter should bear the applicant’s name and a file reference number; and

Applicant's current passport and expired passport(s), if any, as proof of stay in Singapore.

So this is the appeal email that i was referring to.

I guess they have changed their process.

I did not fill this out and I took it as like the letter request from the CO was the one in place instead of the appeal...

my wife just processed her SG POC last thurs. she did same procedure as mentioned above.

@kangarooh - punta ka lng sa spf with the completed form, passport photo at current and old passport na may tatak ng first entry to SG. Then 10 working days processing. Tomorrow icocollect na namin ung PCC namin🙂
