Mate, based on my experience, here are the documents I've submitted and tinanggap naman.

Sinubmit ko lahat to thru online. So scanned lang sya kaya lahat to physically nasakin pa.

DFA Authenticated docs-
School Records (Diploma, English Translation of Diploma, Course Syllabus, TOR)
Certified True Copy-

Payslips COEs

Resignation Letter ITR

Original Copy-

Hi guys.

I will apply for Visa 476 by January next year. I'm planning to include my girlfriend as a de facto partner.

Quoting immi.au, "If you or any applicants are in a de facto relationship, independent evidence that you have been living in a genuine and continuing relationship for at least 12 months" must be presented.

What are the accepted independent evidences? As of now we have a joint a bank account and a notarized contract for the house we're renting. Would that suffice? Anyone here have the same case as I am? Thanks. 🙂
