VISA CHARGES INCREASE- EFFECTIVE SEPT 1.

Hello Everyone,

Nakita ko from one of the forumers post na mag kakaroon daw ng visa charges increase ulit this coming 1 Sept. Totoo ba to?

As in effective na talaga 1 Sept? wala pa kasing post ung DIAC about this.. Sana hindi pa final.. 🙁

kala ko ba every july lng sila ngbabago ng rules/requirements.

hahaha... oo nga... apparently naisipan nla mag increase ng fees... additional 500 AUD for primary applicants yata then i think same pa rin yung add on fees for the dependents..

Well actually nabago cya lahat.. as in super increase lahat ng fees. Effective Sept 1. Panibagong increase po eto bukod dun sa July 1 na increase.. Kaya sobrang nakakapanghina.

Hi, paki check po kung mali intindi ko pero ung increase will not have any effect for 189 and 190 applicants.

It is still $3,060 sa DIAC - unless that changes; it remains as it is...

HOWEVER, lodge pa rin ng application as soon as you can as we don't know exactly what will be their immigration plans for tomorrow.

Sabi sa explanatory statement dun sa link na binigay ni sis @jaero, parang ang hindi lang affected ng increase ay ang Student Visa and Tourist Visa...

Pero antayin pa rin natin ang update sa DIAC. 🙂

"In accordance with the Statement, the Government has decided <b>to increase all visa application charges</b>, except for Student (Temporary) (Class TU) visas and Tourist (Class TR) visas, under the Principal Regulations from 1 September 2013."

Actually naabutan din ako ng July 1 increase at malaki ang deperensya kasi 4 dependents ko. Kakabayad ko lang ng visa fees at buti hindi ako umabot ng Sep 1. Nakakapanghina yung increase sa fees pro nakakapanghinayang kung susuko dahil sa bayad. Tuloy lang...

Agree po kay @TasBurrfoot, the sooner that you could file, the better. Also, may mga selected occupations din na parang on a pro-rated basis din sila mag bibigay ng Invitations dahil sa laki ng volume ng applicants like ng mga inabutan ng cut off for 2012-2013, so affected din applicants for 2013-2014 as advised by DIAC. LIke sa case ni NSW, hindi muna siya mag nonominate for 190 visa for the said occupations, so kahit ang nsw will still clarify kung paano yung mga ongoing assessments. I'm not sure if those applying for visa 189 are also affected by this. Any interpretations/views of our friends here are welcome. 🙂 Salamat po.

@bluemist so dina pwede mag pa SS sa nsw?or pwede padin mag submit pero pro rated ang pag release ng invite?

@kremitz Ito kasi ang sabi: "This advice means that it will not be possible for NSW to nominate any applicants from these occupations for a 190 visa."

Hindi naman nila sinabi na hindi encouraged mag apply for visa 190, (income din kasi sa kanila yan), ang sabi nila ay they also do not encourage to withdraw those who have already submitted/ongoing applicants.

Hindi ko rin pa masyado maintindihan yung ibig sabihin sa NSW. Baka meron pa tayong mga ibang senior forummers na makatulong sa atin sa pag interpret dun sa link na bigay ko. 🙂
