Any Architect on board?

Hello. I'm asking a question in behalf of my brother. He graduated with a BS in Architecture at University of San Carlos. He has about 6 years working experience related to his course since he graduated but he has not taken the board exam yet because he worked outside the country. Does anyone know if he is eligible to apply as an Architect even if he is not licensed here in the Philippines?

Tingin ko brad. Licensed and Kelanagn nila. kasi kahit more than 10 yrs pa experince ng brother m kung di sya registered mababalewala.

@ylai i think Licensure is required in order to get a good result. kasi ung agent na pinagtanungan ko dati kasama sa list na hiningi nya sakin is ung PRC license. since sa IT wala naman board exam, optional cya in my case.
