Mali ka dito @clickbuddy2009; as per seat guru, A330-200 are one of the planes used in the SIN-MEL route. These are wide bodied plane similar to those they use for Singapore Airlines in the Manila-Singapore route.
Air Asia is not too bad...I mean if you need to ride Air Asia, try to get the red eye flight para itulog mo lang ang journey 7 hr journey from KL to Melbourne (or vice-versa).
I have tried Air Asia from SIN-KUL-MEL and back to Singapore in 2012; ayus naman sya as it was really cheap tickets that we got.
In June, we will be riding Air Asia again in our vacation to Krabi... π</blockquote>
Ganun ba? Kapag nagccheck kasi ako ng mga tickets, tinitingnan ko hanggang sa pagassign ng seats. Yung sa AisAsia, A330 ang seating plan, pero sa Jetstar, A320 pa rin. </blockquote>
I could be wrong ha but it doesn't make sense for a 7hr flight in a A320 lang; di ata kaya...
And I have never heard of medium to long-haul flight utilizing an a320.
