Hi pips! got an email frm my co for medical then he listed other docs that I need to submit.isa dun is ung proof of payment for english language charge..anyone has any idea of these? Bt I already submitd my ielts when I lodge my application..do I need to retake ielts kc expired na un? Appreciate ur help.thanks

@athenalady14 that's something new. Better ask your co kung ano yun. Sa amin kasi hiningi lang Nya copy ng bio-pages ng passports, medical checks and police clearance.

@athenalady14 Hi! 496'er ka? Axln is correct,ask your co first. Our CO also ask me to submit docs which was already submitted 6yrs ago. Good thing i verified with co before i went into the hassle of collectinh those documents again.

@axln Hi. Thanks..yeah..he has 9 items for me..weird..i already asked him but no reply yet.

@hard2handle: yes. I lodged my docs August 23, 2007.Got an email last August 27. yeah. he was also like birth certs of relative which I already submitted..weird nga kasi he is also asking also about marriage certs and spouse's english proficiency to think I'm single in my application.

@athenalady14 ah ok! Mukhang nahilo yung CO mo. Baka napagmixed-up nya yung application mo with another applicant.

@axln we received message from co today. He informed us that granting of visas to regional skilled migrants like us is limited to a certain number per year.. In short, possible pa na umabot next year pagantay namin.

Regarding IED, possible po ba na primary applicant lang muna ang makapasok ng Oz before IED o dapat pati secondary applicants din? Ano po ba stated sa grant letter?

@hard2handle walang nakalagay sa grant letter tungkol dun, pero asa VEVO yung condititions nung visa na nagrant. Ang pagkakaalam ko pwede mauna yung primary applicant then susunod mga secondary applicant but di pwede mauna ang secondary applicant. Di naman yata kailangan magkasama si primary and secondary sa initial entry unless, otherwise stated sa visa conditions

Or is it possible to request for an extension of the ied for secondary spplicants? Hmm..mag create kaya ako new thread about this?

@hard2handle ok lang mauna si primary pero dapat makapasok si secondary before IED otherwise mapapaso yung visa no secondary sayang lang. Not sure kung pwede magpaextend ng IED. Search mo merong thread about IED dito. Medyo self explinatory and logical yung mga inputs about it.

Ok,thanks @axln! Dilemma ko kasi ngayn kung ituloy ko offer sakin na work abroad,there's a chance that i could miss the ied ,if ever i receive one..

Nope,secondary po ako.

@hard2handle ok, if ever pwede ka naman mag pumunta to activate your visa tapos you can leave din right away just to comply with the IED

@axln yes,yun sana ang ideal. Kung alam ko lang sana kelan darating ang grant. Very strict talaga sila pagdating pala sa ied.

nag email na ako sa CO ko last week mga Friday to clarify the documents he was asking from me..until now di pa xa nagrereply..matagal ba ba talaga magreply ang CO?

@athenalady14 actually, we never encountered that problem. May agent kasi kami so kung may tanong kami si agent yung nagemail sa diac. Kung late magreply si agent wala na kaming pakialam sa reason nya. Stressful kasi magantay. Kaya dun sa 6 years na pagaantay, "Come what may" na lang ang naging slogan ko sa application namin. Darating kung darating... 🙂
