U mean CFO and PDOS. All are required to attend the seminar kasi ung sticker hanapin ng IO sa pinas.

Since provisional visa tayo and we'll have to satisfy "at least 2 year residency and at least 1 year employment" before we can apply for PR. Kung sakali ako yung maka-satisfy nun I can just apply for PR and make them as my dependent or lahat ng applicants for PR needs to satisfy the "2years and 1year".

same question as axln, if you are a 190 (state nomination) visa holder pwede bang maka uwi si misis at mga bata after the IED? i hope mayron didtong maka reply. thanks

@jomel oo either yung primary or dependent applicant ang makasatisfy sa requirement for pr, not necessary both primary and dependent. yes, your wife and kids can exit australia after ied.

Dito kami sa pinas. Actually, mahal nga masyado yung sa IOM kung baggage allowance lng. May promo yung last Dec. naka kuha kami. Babalik pa naman yung wife ko and mga bata dito after a month tapos sunod na lang ulit sila sa January 2015. We're planning na ipadala unti-unti mga gamit pag may nakuha na akong sariling bahay sa aus. Nakahiya din kasi sa cousin ko kung bitbit na namin lahat ng gamit baka matambak lang.

Provisional visa no need to attend CFO seminar.

Balita ko yung Reli Tours dito sa Pinas may special rate na may extra baggage pag 1st time immigrants

@axln ilang years ba ang max yrs pwede mawala ang dependents before going back to AUS? kasi ako plano ko rin ipabalik ang mga bata at si misis sa pinas until stable na ako.

pwede ba tong klaseng scenario for all skilled migrant visas like: 189 Skilled – Independent (Permanent); 190 Skilled – Nominated (Permanent); and Subclass 489 Skilled – Regional Nominated or Sponsored (Provisional)

@jomel actually, di ko sure with other visa class. Dati nabanggit na wala naman yata required na length of stay. Pero better check the others.

pwede naman.. wala nmn nagbabawal na umalis sila after ng IED..

of course ang mga effect nyan is sa pag calculate ng residency requirements for citizenship (at least 2 yrs temp visa + 2 yrs PR visa in AU).

at dapat nasa AU na sila before mag expire ang validity ng visa para pag nag apply ng new visa extension or PR man, eh valid pa rin ang visa in AU..

Itong sub class ba natin makaka free education ang mga kids?

may nabasa kasi ako sa website na contribution lng pero nung nag inquire naman sister in law ko is nasa 9, 000 ang fees.

Kinakabahan nako kung ganyan. Pls kung sino makaka confirm dyan sa aussie. May mga kids din ba kayo n studying na dyan?

may nahagilap dinnkami s website kahapon. Free nga din mga bata. Yup basta govt. May mga contributions and others charges na payable as local students. Same din sa mga PR. Medyo nabunutan nako ng tinik hehhe.

Hi All!

Mukhang ok nga if ganon sa govt/state school. Ang difference lang din kasi na sabi ng cousin ko is walang "religion" subject kaya sa private Catholic school ang mga anak nya kahit a bit pricey than state schools. So we're thinking maybe during the first year i-enrol narin naming sa private ang anak namin (5yo) para kasama nya mga pinsan nya and help him cope with the new environment knowing cousins are with him.

Has any of you checked our visa and if tama ang na-realize ko that we only have 1year after we meet the 2-year residence requirement for the 887 Permanent Visa to be granted or else we need to be out of Australia when our 496 visa expires?

2 years yata dahil valid for 4years yung visa natin from entry date. Tama ba?
