@bluemist need din ba mag print ng form 26 pag nagpamedical? I thought yung referral letter lang.

@solidjeff hello 🙂 sa akin ganyan nangyari, sa evisa nawala na yung link sa hubby at son ko while sa akin nanduon pa din. nung nagka CO kami, hinanapan niya ako ng medicals. When we informed him that we had ours done and uploaded by aug 27, he replied that my medicals have been referred to the MOC.

Tama po yung sabi ni @cchamyl and ask you CO for updates. 🙂 sabi din sa iba, don't over analyze daw yung mga status kasi minsan hindi napapalitan na yun. 🙂

@moonwitchbleu oo pag nagpa medicals mag fill up ka ng form 26 and 160 (for xray). nung nagpa medicals kami, nagdala na ako ng accomplished form 26 and 160, pero inask pa din ako mag fill up duon mismo ng form 26. 🙂

Hello pinoy Au! Today we receive an email from a CO that our application for visa 189 is already withdrawn. We need to re apply for visa 190. That means we need to pay for VAC again. Huhuhu... But as the song of Kelly clarkson goes, What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, I hope I'll be.

@bluemist wow! congrats po.. nakakainspire naman ang bilis ng 190. kami wala pa po CO mag 1 month na pero 189 naman kami. sana magka CO na kami..

ayan ang think positive! 🙂 congrats! kahit papaano may paraan pa din... charge to experience na lang talaga.. pero try nyo din po ask kung pwede pa ma-refund...

Hello po, tanong ko lang kung sakali wala pa medical at NBI clearance tapos naassign ng CO, ok lang ba na pag may CO na tsaka asikasuhin yun medical at NBI? ayoko kc magfrontloading ng documents, winowork out ko pa kc yun health status ko hypertensive kc ako so need to lose weight. Worry ko is baka maimbyerna si CO at deny ang aking papers o baka hindi na magparamdam si CO at itrash ang aking application? Almost 1 month na po ako after naglodge ng visa, pero other documents aside from character evidence and health evidence were uploaded.

@lock_code2004 He didn't mention about the refund. But he stated that VAC is a requirement regardless of the outcome of the application. We are sending him an email asking again for the refund process and the processing time we need to wait given we will be lodging another EOI. Is it true that the visa cost increased effective September 1?

yes.. merong thread dito about the increase of fee/s as of Sept 1.

good luck sana maka-refund kayo..

but the good thing is.. tuloy na ulit ang application...

check mo kung anung ginawa nung ibang same case mo, na nagwidraw din..

search mo dito sa forum kung gumawa sila new EOI..

@lock_code2004 @majal alam ko si @MJQ79 nag withdraw sila and create ng new EOI then waited to be invited. since approved na yung state sponsorship, i lodge niyo nalang na yung visa 190 using the EOI submitted to you state sponsorship application. 🙂

sana ma refund niyo pa din, pambaon pa din yun. 🙂

hello po... nabasa ko po sa guidelines ng DIAC... for 189 visa applicants suggestion po nla is to take the medical exam a month before the assumed CO allocation. para pag review anjan na daw ang docs... pero i dnt think may problem naman po... marami naman d2 ang nagpa-late mag medical exam kac may iba pa cla inaasikaso.. i will only take my medical exam tomorrow pero meron na ako CO...

yes pwde naman yun... ako umaksyon lang after magkaCO..

pag nag-email ang CO mo (meaning na-allocate na syo), magrerequest sila ng medical/PCCs...so you have 28 days to act on it.. dapat magawa mo yan within 28 days.. not that you should have the results, but atleast you initiated the process...

kung hindi mo matatapos yan within 28 days... just upload or email receipts na nagpamedical kana and nagprocess kana NBI..

inabot ng almost 3 months ang PCCs ko.. dahil sa ibat ibang lugar.. sinubmit ko lang ang receipts na proof na naprocess ko na within 28 days..

expression nga nila dito "no dramas there"

Ahh ok.akala ko required talaga mag dala. Passport lng yung na mention sa referral letter na dadalhin eh. Thanks @bluemist 🙂

Salamat @lock_code2004 sa reply at sa mga nagbigay ng kanila kuro kuro, pano Po pala nalalaman na may CO na, pano Po Kung nagemail si CO pero d Po kayo aware, tatawagan Po ba kayo nila let's say yun email Po ngCO eh nagpunta sa spam mail at d na basa, may case ba tinatawagan ka nila
