Happy Easter!

My parents are arriving very soon. Both fully vaxxed (COVID) last year and with booster. Unfortunately, my mother’s vaccination details have not been uploaded by QC LGU so the vax cert only shows na 1dose lang sya. We have requested several times for her details to be updated online for the travel requirements in AU. It is not yet updated - they are flying out soon 🙁 they have their vaccination cards and even photos of their vaccination. Grateful if you can share your experiences sa border regarding the vax certs/vax cards.

hi! I'm not sure about sa border, pero sa missing Vaxcert records, you should try calling the LGU where they got their vaccines for assistance. I called the QC city hall when only my 2nd dose was registered, and they correct it within the day. Also, if you've raised a ticket sa vaxcert website, they might ask for it (siguro since you have uploaded the photo of the vax card there) so make sure to have your ticket number ready when you call them.

alam ko may table sa QCity Hall para pde ka magpunta doon derecho at kumausap sa tao mismo kesa via email.

hello po. sa mga nasa Au na na dito sa pinas nabakunahan with moderna vaccine, wala po bang naging issue kahit moderna, moderna lang nakalagay instead of moderna, spikevax?
