Wala pong problema sa eoi kung both190 and 491 po pipilin, hindi naman minention sa criteria na isa lang dapat ititick. Pero sa ROI isa lang ang kelangan ilagay po.

Unlike NSW need nila na isa lang ilagay mo sa eoi

Hello po @RheaMARN1171933 ! My husband has been invited to apply for 190 Visa for Victoria today. Nagkaroon po ng job change/promotion sa kanya while waiting for the invite. Dapat po ba naming update na lang yung EOI ng job change nya na (then not claim points since di sya formall assessed in ACS) related pa rin sa claimed occupation nya for same company, or need pa po nya magpa-reassess? Maraming salamat po.

I received 190-Victoria pre-invite. Meron lang akong concern sa EA skills assessment at mageexpire na sya ng September 2023 (after 3 years), at eto ung nakalagay sa email ng Live in Melbourne pre-invite:

"Please ensure your English test and Skills Assessment documents have at least 12 weeks validity remaining. If your tests are expiring within this time or the information in your SkillSelect EOI has changed, please notify us and withdraw your application. You will need to submit a new Registration of Interest."

I already inquired to Live in Melbourne and explained my situation, waiting for their response.

I already requested EA for duplicate of my skills assessment. According to them will take 1-2 weeks.

I need to apply for the 190 VIC nomination application on or before September 5, 2022.

Just want to ask if anyone is on the same situation and what would be the possible solution.

Sorry, expiration should September 2022. I received my skills assessment on September 2019. DOE is January 19, 2022. 233914. 95 points including state points.

Ah, oki oki. ininquire ko din yan sa agent ko, kasi by January 2023 naman mageexpire yung sakin, sabi nia no need daw. and if kelanganin daw ni Victoria ng bagong assessment, icocontact ka naman daw ng CO.

I'm not sure if that's sound advice though so take it with a grain of salt. Siguro pwede mo sabihin sa application mo na you already contacted EA regarding renewal tas iaattach mo nalang yung convo, then submit yung renewed assessment once it arrives. Di ko sure if possible yan though pero may nabasa ako dito sa forum na yan ginagawa nila pag nagexpire yung docs nila.

Hi. Question lang and favor. Sa Live In Melbourne Portal, since nakapagsubmit ka na ng ROI. If maglog in ka ba, sa “Apply” option ba eh lumalabas yung option mo to apply for a 190 and 491 roi? Thanks!
