Ang expiry ng ACS Skills Assessment ko ay November 17, 2022. Nag submit po ako initially ng ROI last August 15, 2022 (which is pasok sa 12 weeks validity), then niwithdraw then resubmit ko yung ROI ko last August 27, 2022 kasi pinalitan ko yung intended visa subclass to apply from 491 to 190. Based sa computation ko ay November 19, 2022 pasok ang at least 12 weeks na requirement nila from ROI submission 😢 :# :s so parang kulang ako ng 2 days. Pwede pa po kaya yun? Or mag pa assessment na lang po ako ng bago sa ACS tapos is iready ko na lang incase maquestion? Hopefully may makasagot 😢 :# :s 🙁

@abaper Congratulations! Not sure how long it will take for your to receive the final invite, but I know there's a certain point after you lodged, documents can be locked in,i.e. the immi can honor despite the expired document. Else, you can apply for priority skills assessment.

medicals will come after you've lodged the visa, kasi dun lang magenerate yung HAP ID, na reference number for the medicals.
yung police clearance naman, pede nyong antayin ang CO na mag contact, saka nyo lakarin, kasi time sensitive yung mga docs na yun, meaning may expiry, and kung umabot sa expiry na wala pa yung grant, usually ask ulit ng CO yan... pero kung meron na kayong ready na clearance ngayon, pede nyo na rin naman attach derecho.

We ask our clients to do their Medicals and police clearances when the case officer asks for it. These are time sensitive documents which are only valid for 12 months so timing in doing them is very crucial. You don’t want to do any of them too early to be asked by case officers to do them again because they’ve expired. Hope that helps.

It’s not an overnight decision process. It takes a few weeks.

Thank you po. Sorry po, newbie question po... sa pagfill-up po ba ng name sa visa, nilalagay po ba yung middle name sa 'Given Name'? For example po, Peter Reyes Cruz ang full name. So Family name is Cruz, tapos Given Name: Peter Reyes? or Give Name: Peter?

Hindi po siya indication whatsoever na maiinvite kayo. It's simply a generic email. Kahit ako, hindi naman ako na-invite this September round, even though I received a similar email after the August round.

I think nagmumukha lang siyang special kasi hindi lahat nakaka-receive nito, but then again, I think it's because they have a terrible IT team (e.g. missing EOI email)

Hi. For update! Regarding the name change in ROI for VIC (I added my middle name, since hindi ko nailagay when I signed up.) Pwede siya ma-amend!

I just used their Contact Us >> Online Enquiry Form. Di ko na maalala kung anong category yung pinili ko e. May mga choices kasi dun. Paki explore na lang po ang closest to your concern. I'll send here the context of my request.

Then, they will ask you to upload documents/evidence to support your name change. I uploaded my passport bio-page. It took around 3days para magreflect sa VIC Account. Now, my middle name is reflected in my VIC acct.
