House has central airconditioning/heating
Room has 42 inch LCD television with DVD player.
Room is equipped with dresser, cabinets, book shelves, study table, chair
Bathroom is beside the room
Utilities are included in rent
Free food (breakfast and dinner) If you are working, you only need to take care of your lunch so less hassle and less expensive - no need to go shopping.
Free use of washer/dryer

This is a great deal considering that all you have to do is move in.

Rent is $220 a week (Utilities and breakfast/dinner included). 2 weeks deposit and 2 weeks advance rent needed.

For single lady only due to safety concerns of owner.

Sorry pre happily married na ako matagal na tsaka absolute stunner misis ko kaya di na kelangan maghanap ng iba hehe.

Mga friends ko nagparent me panget na experience sa male renter kaya female lang gusto nila.

Tumutulong lang ako kasi mas preferred nila Pinay na renter kaya nag volunteer ako magpost dito.

I agree, mura na po ito mga kaibigan ... i used to rent a room before 180$ a week it was 2008 before, no TV no aircon no heater crappy internet and no food ... so yung 40$ difference will go a long way 🙂

Opo totoo po yan at mahirap mag grocery kasi mag travel pa at magbitbit kung ala pa kotse tapos mga $100 din yun pag 1 week supply tapos kelangan pa mag luto. Bargain na $220 sa tingin ko. Kung single lady lang ako eh ako na uupa dito hehehe!
