Mag attach lang po kayo ng marriage cert nyo sa evidence of relationship then kung magkaiba naman po ang passport name nyo sa married name, attach nyo ulit marriage cert as evidence sa change of name. Make sure na dineclare nyo din yung married name nyo sa form as other names

Kahit po hindi na muna ako mag change sa passport kahit inupdate ko yung sa immiaccount?

Di po makakaclaim ng single if married or in de facto. If mag english test ang spouse 5pts po and 5pts if may skill assessment. If no proof of functional english ang spouse you will pay the same amount ng visa payment niyo or more than that (I forgot the exact amount).

Thank you po sa pagsagot. pag c husband ko po ay 53 yrs old na, pwede pa po ba ang skills assesment nya? isang tanong pa po,pag sa 491 visa po ba ako na approve, after 3 yrs pa po pwede maka apply ng PR? or 3 yrs na may trabaho po duon? medyo crucial na po kase ang case ko kase 40yrs old na po ako.

Pwede mag pa skill assessment hubby nyo regardless sa age.

Sa 491 visa, may 2 main requirements yan para ma PR

Live in a regional area for 3 yrs
Have a taxable income of 53900 for 3 years

Hi! Yes, DIY lang po ako sa EOI ko (and lodgement) for subclass 189. Wala pong kailangan na documents na i-aattach sa EOI. Pero kailangan po na on hand na po ung documents niyo like english exam, passport, skills assessment etc kasi 'yung mga details po na nasa documents na ito yung ilalagay niyo sa EOI niyo. Ang EOI po ay parang form lang po na sasagutan niyo. Single application po ako, walang dependents. Timeline ko po, Nov 13, 2022 ang EOI. ITA is Dec 8, 2022. :smile:

Walang specific timeline from submitting your EOI(s) to receiving an invite. It really depends sa points, state (if state nomination ka, 491 or 190), and other criteria. All the best, hope you get an invite kaagad, mukhang yun ang trend naman now 🙂

naginvite sila last year nung biglaang naginvite ang immi ng offshore candidates. Though once lang nangyari yun kasi back to both offshore/onshore sila after that invite - 85 pts na uli minimum. August ata nangyari ung 65 pts invite.
