Ng-medical kmi sa st.luke’s bgc ndi nman hinanap baby book pero dala nman nmen ang tanong lang if meron sya vaccine in the last 4wks and kung meron na covid vaccine. Usual physical medical exam lang nman tpos bloodwork. But may differ on your case or declared history they may require additional tests.

Madali lang po through email lang po booking appointment nila. Sakin po took 6 days to be cleared then sa anak ko po took 10days po

Ask ko lang po sana kung yun bang mga copy ng passport, educational qualifications (diploma, transcript of records etc), identification... need po ba silang naka certified copy? Or okay lang po kahit na yung i-upload ay scanned copy lang? Thank you so much po sa sasagot 🙂

Hello po! i got the invitation po Dec 8 so ngayon po im doing the application/questionnaires. Question po, dun po sa work experiences and other docs, pwede po ba reuse na lang ung sinubmit sa ACS? Addressed po kasi ung Certificate of Employment with Roles and Responsibilities sya sa ACS pero notarized po lahat naman.

I am from Sg. And this is what i did:

I mailed to NBI Mailed Clearance division the following requirements:

old NBI Clearance
2x2 photo in white background
Copy of passport
Auth letter that mentions my auth person’s contact details (for payment and collection purpose)
A note that mentions my Singapore and email addresses. I also requested to send me the soft copies once ready.

Twice ko na sya ginawa(2021 and 2022), and so far nareceive ko yung soft copy thru email within 1-2weeks

Sa satellite office lang by online appointment. Kami lang ng misis ko kumuha un kanya nakuha na nya agad kasi walang kapangalan. Un sa akin bbalikan ko pa sa 22. Meron kasi kapangalan.

yung sakin wla na. nkalagay dun sa website ung mga kumuha ng from 2016 onwards. nakuha ko n yung sakin after 4 days via delivery (200) plus fee na 155 (bayad centr).
