As far as I know, the rate/timeline for granting visas is independent of when they were issued an invitation, as each profile is assessed on a case-to-case basis. And specific statistics on when visas are granted are not provided (I don't think Home Affairs would care about that for every case they process, unless their KPI is based on how fast they process visas).
For example, Persons A and B were invited the same FY, but if Person A submitted complete documents upfront whereas Person B did not (and had a CO contact), Person A could get their grant within the FY, and Person B may have to wait longer.
