jar0 nakahanap na ako ng work while offshore. nauna lang ako to secure rental house. then once nakakuha ng house, sumunod na ung mag-ina ko. swerte lang din kasi within 4 days lang nakahanap na. ung nag open house kasi mismo ung may ari ng bahay at siya mismo agent ng bahay nia. kaya mabilis ung process. pero usually 2-3 weeks pag agent ang nag-handle. dito kami sa perth BTW.

Up to how long ka pinayagan ng employer to extend?

marav0318 ah hindi. nag resign ako days before my flight to Aus.

although my previous employer was nice enough to offer and extend my employment in Aus, di ko kasi kabisado pano yung tax pag ganun. when I checked here sa forum, I think parang magkaka issue or somehow need iconsider yung tax implications. so I didn't push through the plan. last minute ko na lang napag decide na ayoko i-risk if ever. I want a clean slate emerut. haha

my prev employer was willing to extend me until makahanap ako ng job sa Aus. ganda ng offer!!! sad lang wala sila office here, so di ako na internal transfer. oh well

Hi guys! sa mga naka pag bigmove na ano po situation jan sa Au in connection sa Iran war/Global Oil crisis? I already feel insecure because of the news and all. Just wanna hear it firsthand from the people who were actually in Au. Paano ba talaga ang life jan as of the moment, the job hunting and the cost of living? Btw we are scheduled to move in by July, so just want to try seeking advices on what is preferable to do. Respect my post po. thanks

casssie both kayo ng husband after 1month of applying nakakuha kayo ng work agad?..is it the same type of job from your previous one?..same kayo sa IT field madam tama ba?

jar0 nauna ako magkawork. nagstart din naman sya after a few weeks. yes, nasa tech industry pa din kami both. basta apply lang ng apply. madami openings. pero madami din kalaban hahahah

Just want to ask anong bank ung inopen nio while offshore? Nababsa ko kasi dito commonwealth Bank or NAB pero nabasa namin na ung NAB dapat nasa AU na. Ano masusuggest nio ? Thank you

marav0318 Offshore pwede mag fill-out sa Commbank then personal appearance sa branch (so timing na lang din pag mag big move na). Pero ginawa ko siya nung onshore na ako 🙂 Basta within 20days maka punta sa branch of your choice.

CommBank pwede nga yata yan , mag verify sila pagdating mo ng AU. You can do that at least 2 weeks before ng flight nyo.

Sa amin onshore na lang din nag apply at either ANZ or NAB pinagpilian we chose NAB , good interest rates nila.
