Submitting new EOI for visa 189/190 while on visa489

Good day!

Pwede po bang magsubmit ng new EOI for visa189/190 kapag granted na ng visa489/491 at nagwowork & live na po sa Adelaide?

pwede naman po magsubmit ng EOI pero di po kayo pwede mglodge ng SC189/190 kapag nainvite po kayo. Ang pathway po ng SC489/491 to PR is SC191 po.

correction po. SC489 -> SC887, while SC491 ->SC191

@Makuneru Bakit po pala hindi pwede maglodge ng visa 189/190 ang mga visa 489 holders na naka received ng invite?

@Makuneru Visa 491 holders lang po pala yung may restrictions na hindi pwede mag apply ng skilled permanent residency before 3yrs.

Ay yes po pwede po pala. Sorry, nalito lang po sa restriction na nagaapply lang po pala sa visa 491.

Hello po. me question lang ako. Since 1yr na ako ng work and live regional po with 489 visa. If mag apply po ako ng 189/190, Ano po ang difference if ill wait for the 887 Visa?

887 is affordable but processing time is up to 3 years.

189 will cost you more but processing time is shorter compared to 887.

if i apply for 190/189 and gets rejected? hindi naman po siya maka ka apekto if i proceed with 887?

bakit ka naman marereject? strange to think it that way. unless complicated ang case mo, or meron kang fraudulent docs (which i am not hoping for), things should run smoothly. trust the process 😉

add ko nln din siguro aside from processing cost difference ng PR agad is, makuha mo agad ung 4 years (including 1 year PR) para sa citizenship saka makakautang (home loan, car loan) ka agad lol

@von1xx yaan din po yung iniisip namin na mga advantages kapag maagang maging PR status.
