Utility Bills Requirements

Hi, Good day po! Question lang po. Currently nagcocomplete ako ng requirements for VISA 491. Ang problem ko po wala ako utility bills under my name kasi nakatira po ako sa parents ko. Ano po pede gawin? Salamat po!

Pwede ka mag-write up ng affidavit or a statutory declaration for them to testify na you live with them. Have as complete info as possible, for example, relationship niyo, how long you've been living with them, what address, their ID details, and their signature. Then have it notarised.

Will this be required on all types of subclass visas like 189 and 190? I am opting to use my permanent address in the province since I usually rent here in Manila and have moved in to different places in Makati and now Ortigas. I don't have billings addressed to me as well in the province, but I can probably make a way for our internet there. Should I rather use my current Ortigas address in my application? I just moved in mid last year, and have some billings addressed to my name here.

I think the poster is concerned of proof of address kasi ang 491 visa dapat nasa regional Australia ka nakatira. Walang ganyang reqt sa 189/190, and di nagmamatter PH addresses sa visas.

Para saan at need mo ng utility bills? Nagbago ba requirements ng 491? Nag apply ako ng same visa back in 2020 pero I don't think nagsubmit ako ng kahit anong utility bill sa pinas.

Is this for NSW 491 or any other state? kung NSW, I think pwede din magpasa ng bank statement ( I applied naman under 190, and nanghingi din sakin ng bills under my name, pero nagpasa din ako ng credit card statement kasi mas gamit ko yung CC compared sa savings account)

I see now, I think binago nga nila requirements over the last few years because I remember not doing this. Yeah you can follow the advice of others na mag stat dec. Don't worry about this too much kasi ang pinaka crucial is yung points na na claim mo is correct. Dun sila pinaka nagfofocus sa visa lodgements.

I stand corrected sa sinabi ko, just get some proof of residence at least. Di naman need ng sobrang dami kasi di naman nakaka affect sa points mo yan.

Oh nalinawan na ako, kaya pala di ko maalala to kasi 491 Family ako nun. Thanks sa detective work @jinigirl haha

Yup yan nga po.. sige itry ko yung affidavit. Purely DIY lng po kasi ako.

If you have receipts din that reflect your address and name, for example online shopping, you can screenshot and pass that. I also submitted an affidavit (notarised) for this and approved naman 🙂 Good luck!!
