Yun ang pinakaprimary na reqt, 3 yrs of ATO assessment. Proof of residence na pinasa ko:

Payslips

Employment cert

I lodged my 191 visa last March, and by Aug 14 I received an email from Immigration for s56 Request for more information. They were asking for new Australian Police Check for my wrongly spelled name! When I checked my name sa immi account ko, hala biglang nag iba nga yung name ko. So I created cover letter explaining about my wrongly spelled name and attached evidence like passport, 191 Visa Acknowledgement Application, Immi Grant Notice, indicating my full and correct name. Until now waiting pa ako sa response nila. But Im still wondering bakit nag iba spelling ng name ko. Does anyone encounter the same issue sa Immi account nila?
And also Im based here in Darwin, NT working as Data Analyst. Lipat na kayo dito oks ang sahod lalo na pag IT and contractual position 😉

Not related po sa post nyo pero tanong ko lang kung anong occupation/profile po ang inaaplyan nyo for 491? Targetting data analyst din pero di ko alam san sya pinaka bagay. May nag suggest din sa akin na sa NT mag try. Thank you and congrats sa 191 visa approval!

Mag ask lang po sana ako regarding 191 application.

We had our 491 visa last November 2020 but we were able to come here by June 2021.

I already had three NOA from ATO but the first year, I worked only for a month (1700aud only taxable income).

My question is are we eligible to apply for 191 since tinanggal na din nila ung income requirement for the said visa.

I think pwede na since it's been 3 years na since you were granted the visa. Good luck!

AFAIK, After 3 yrs from 1st entry date nyo pa po pede.

Hi ask ko lng po para sa 191 visa:

1) kung counted ba Ang part time job Basta May NOA? Ang part time job ba sa aussie is pwede na ideclare as taxable for NOA?

2) if remote work from ibAng Bansa, pwede po ba ideclare as taxable for NOA?

yes - both part time and/or full time work basta reflected yung employer sa ATO account mo.
not sure how this will work for remote work na yung employer is outside Australia. You should talk to migration agent or financial expert about this.

Good day! Kumusta 191 application mo? Almost similar case natin, Oct 2020 na grant visa namin and dahil sa lock down, Jan 2022 pa kami naka pasok. So hopefully sa Jul 2024 we can apply 191 kasi meron na kaming 3 tax return.

Hi po, 491 visa here. BM in June. since Wla ma po ung minimum salary requirement for 191 visa, May nka experience po ba na part time work lng cya for 3 years Pero nasatisfy parin nya ung 191 visa? Salamat po.

question po: currently i’m on 491 visa and was made redundant sa job ko. need ko ba i update sa immi account na im currently unemployed? though upon checking walang naka lagay na end date din dun at anung evidence ang ilalagay ko? anyone experience this? or kapag nag ka new employer na lang ako saka ko i-update? will it affect my 191 later on? thanks in advance.

Based on my understanding, need mo lang iupdate once you have a new employer na.

Based on my understanding, need mo lang iupdate once you have a new employer na.

thank you, yan din yung naisip ko. and even sa immi account, it does not have any info regarding end date din ng bawat employer. asking lang dito at baka merong iba na naka experience din. salamats ulet!

Question po for 491 holders, Kailangan po ba iniinform ang immi kapag nagbabago ng address? Lalo sa mga nagrerent?

Good day! Kumusta 191 application mo? Almost similar case natin, Oct 2020 na grant visa namin and dahil sa lock down, Jan 2022 pa kami naka pasok. So hopefully sa Jul 2024 we can apply 191 kasi meron na kaming 3 tax return.

Same question din sakin. Pwede na din sana kami mag-apply by July 2024. Sana po makasagot kung may nakapag-try na
