Terrace house has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, stove, oven, microwave oven, fridge, rice cooker, iron and ironing board, 55 inch TV and Bluray player, living room couch, dining room set, outdoor table and chairs. There is also an AC and a bike exerciser in the lounge area.
There is only 1 bathroom but there are 2 toilets.
Bond required - 1 month
Rental is paid fortnightly with 2 weeks advance payment.
