Hi, kami kasi direct nagapply sa RDA ng Illawara (491), kusa ka ata nainvite without direct application, noon alam ko upon pre invite mo kailangan mamili ng Region, anong stage ka na ba?

There's 2 streams for 491 under NSW. One is that you apply directly with an RDA (most of them have already stopped receiving applications). The other one is that Investment NSW will invite you directly (depending if your occupation is in the list).

If I recall correctly, walang tinanong na preferred region sa application namin for NSW nomination. This was last November 2022.

Hi @whimpee. ok gets. wala din tinatanong ngayon, basta daw approved at meron akong 60 days. Hi @MACINOZ2023, andun na ko sa stage na gusto ko na mag give up lol. Kakareceive ko lang ng invitation just over a week ago; nagfill up ng Form 80 these past few days; kumuha ng COC kanina sa Cantonment; waiting for my fingerprinting sa embassy. I'm not sure kung anong stage, pero yan mga ginagawa ko. Pre-lodging stage?

Hello, we've managed to reserve 1 slot for the Illawara Information Session, nagopen uli sila kaya nagkaron kami chance to book. When we received our Nomination Approval, they've also sent us the link for their Community FB Group for Job Posts etc. We felt seen and included already kahit wala pa man visa grant, such a nice gesture. 🙂

Namasyal kami jan sa illawarra last two weeks ago. And I must say, napakaganda ng area na yan. Kapag yumaman ako or tumama sa lotto, bivili tlaga ako ng lupa para jan mag retire. Hahhaha law of attraction yan.

Oh wow, so glad to hear that! Ganda nga doon, not to mention hinohone na sya as a tech hub in NSW (so pasok sa profession ng husband ko na main applicant), tapos 1-2 hrs lang drive ata from Sydney. Nung namimili ako ng RDA, after checking the rental rates, job posts, salary range, dumiretso nako sa Google to check mga leisure activities, pasyalan, pati malls, resto and bars haha! As an OFW for almost 13 years, its imperative for me to consider the actual living conditions na dadatnan ko, hirap mapilitan magstay sa lugar na di pasok sa lifestyle mo, been there dandruff ika nga. 😃 Cge Madam, see you there, taya muna tayo lotto! 😃
