Singapore Certificate of Clearance for 491 Visa

Hi All, na approve na yung State Nomination ko for Canberra and pinag submit na ako ng ITA for 491. I settled in 3 countries, mainly PH, SG saka UAE. Mukhang madali na yung clearances sa PH saka UAE pero mukhang issue yung sa SG. May nag apply na ba ng Singapore Police Certificate of Clearance na galing overseas? Dubai based kasi ako currently. Ano process? Pano makakahingi ng letter galing MHA para maka appeal for an SG CoC? Salamat sa sasagot!

write your appeal letter and attach your ITA from DHA, passport and previous copy of your singapore pass front and back

Hi, so enough na yung ITA as documentary proof? Kaso scanned copy daw, sa email ko lang na receive yung ITA ko. Also, since 2 years na ako na wala sa SG, wala na sa akin yung S-Pass ko kasi sinurrender ko na bago ako umalis sa SG. Kung may scan man ako, front lang meron ako. Paano kaya yun?

sa ITA ginawa ko lang is screenshot ko yun email tapos inupload ko sa website nila, ok nman sya, after 5 days naka receive na kami ng approval ng appeal.
yun sa Spass yun photo lang din meron kami bago namin sinurrender, kung itry mo iupload kahit yun front lang muna on both selection. sa appeal pa lang nman then pag nag email sila at hanapan ka ng back saka mo sabihin sa kanila na wala kang copy ng back. at least makapag appeal ka na agad.

Noted. Nakuha ko naman pala yung correspondence email ng ITA, and thankfully may kopya ng front and back ng S-Pass ko sa dati kong company. Yung fingerprints ba later pa?

mag appeal ka na agad, at napakatagal po bago makuha ang COC ng Singapore. after pa ng appeal may mareceive ka na email tska ka pa lang mag fingerprint, isesend mo pa yung hardcopy sa Singapore. kaya kelangan mo na mag appeal at makakuha ng approval.

Madali sa PH? For me yan pa ang mas matagal. Tama bang NBI clearance ang requirement from PH?

Yes, sa PH NBI clearance lang. Iirc pwede na rin pa courier ang NBI clearance to other countries. Kung no hit ka naman, within the hour makukuha mo na NBI mo.
