AFAIK if you're sponsored under a DAMA agreement the age limit for the PR visa is higher, 50 years old yata. However, you will have to find an employer who is allowed to hire specifically under DAMA and ensure that the employer will eventually sponsor you for PR. Hindi lahat ng nagssponsor ng work visa ay willing to sponsor for PR after several years.
