What if po mabigyan ng invite and ma-approved for 491 pero hirap makahanap ng work sa sponsored state most especially kung regional areas ka napunta na konti lng ung jobs opportunity. Allowed po ba by law under visa 491 na lumipat sa ibat state na meron maraming job opportunity for your skills? Hindi po ba makaka-apekto sa PR application (visa 191) or later on sa citizenship application at ma-reject? Any cases po na alam nyo?

Nice to know as long as regional area so not Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane okay lang??

3 yrs will fly by, I was in the same situation 3 years+ ago. Ngayon 191 na, iba ang mental wellness ng alam mo sa sarili mo na may visa ka na compared sa walang kasiguraduhang paghintay ng 189/190.

+1 regional visas are in priority atm ,491 has its own glory , if your coming from city life and work is not an issue geographically ,this visa is gold as it promises stability knowing you have a country life to explore, focus on the premiums you can get from it as compared to holding to 190,189 dreams ,sometimes it is better getting it the long way , first it transitions you to 191 which is comparable to 189 , then it shortens your waiting time to be eligible for citizenship to 1 year after 191 grant (in case of offshore).

Just take note the state have the right to withdraw their nomination even after visa grant so do it only when the situation permits.

hindi ako sure dito na forum kasi tamad ako mag back read, pero sa fb groups, yes madaming cases na nag stay diff state pero na grant naman ng 191 visa 🙂
