You have a point, previously may top up sa allocations around the end of the FY.
In my observation raising the allocation next year has a slim chance to happen. From the sheer number of people invited last year and fewer invitations this year , is more than enough to fulfill yung migration planning levels they stated for the current FY.
For FY 24-25 if you will follow the same pattern from last year , those who have been invited this year will consume the planning levels for next year, and due to that allocations will remain subdued. Planning levels will be out before the FY starts, remain hopeful na they won’t decrease yung base planning levels but will be at the same levels like the current year. One way to increase the allocations for state nominations is if they increase the planning levels for succeeding FYs ,politics play a big part since 2025 elections na-so it is unlikely and yung looming housing crisis di rin nawawala .
