Addendum sa Migration states that they invited fewer Skilled Independent which happened last December 23 , on their three year report - applicants are enough to fill the places alloted for the FY.

Sabi naman ni Claire na normal migration levels na sa July 24 ,if titignan mo yung lodged last 2021-2022 possible kaya na maging ganito ulit allocations for next FY ? 🌅🚆✍️

VIC din nag invite ngayon pero sobrang konti nakita ko like RN and ECT. Anyone here po got the invite?

And also VIC is sending email notifications and doing phone interviews to selected ROIs

One who had been living and working in regional got the email ,phoned in and got pre-invited at the same time ,just today! ✌🏻

Yes po. Di lang nakaabot sa 189 rounds last dec. kasi di pasok points ko sa age para maging 65pts.

If he can provide evidence that he is employed in regionals and technically have been living in regionals for two weeks without a lease agreement is already subject to CO scrutiny.

It is a matter of CO discretion and nominate him base upon evidences presented.

Basically he still has a rental agreement situated at the city on paper. It looks shady to me. Possible transient arrangement kasi friend nya yung may place and dunno if he has plans to rent a place after sometime.

An unfortunate circumstance to be in though.I am not sure if there is a way out , but is best to seek advise from a migration agent in such cases.

Hello, question po sa points nya na 90 points (including state nomination). If this is for Subclass 190, ano kaya original points nya prior to the nomination? Currently, I only have 65 on my EOI, wala pa yung english exam ng spouse and planning to level-up my English to superior.

On my EOI, I only put QLD sa preferred territory. Will it harm to include other places like NSW or VIC on my EOI lodging? Thank you in advance!

190 state nomination is +5 pts

491 is +15 pts

it wont harm to submit multiple EOI to other states na eligible ka ha. more chances of winning nga yan! go go go

He could have scored less than 85 - assuming he updated scores for partner skills or he obtained superior score for English.

It is better to launch separate EOIs for each state and subclass that you are eligible.

NSW and VIC are very particular with EOI /ROI when it comes to exclusivity of your submission.

QLD recently run out of quota for 491

Those who applied 491 and got invited last 30 April may just well be very lucky and can be offered places for 190 in QLD or hold their applications till a new FY opens

to submit multiple EOIs, submit EOI for each subclass and state. isa lang i-tick mo.

ex:

EOI 189

EOI NSW 190

EOI NSW 491

EOI ACT 190

EOI ACT 491

and so on...

pwede isang email address ang gamitin per EOI creation. basta i-note mo lahat para di ka malito.
