Other than your EOI in skillselect,VIC requires ROI and ACT has canberra matrix. Details for both can be found on their websites.

Automatic ang update ng pts sa EOI. May marereceive ka din usually na notification.

Incase mainvite, pwede ba lumipat ng work? May bearing ba yun sa paglodge ng visa just incase? And kelangan ba iinform ang DHA regarding sa pagchange ng employer?

opo, pwede lumipat ng work. wala naman bearing, you can continue claiming pts as long as same job duties. no need to inform DHA.

For experience and age nag -auto update naman yung points ,so you don’t need to do anything.

Possible na hindi maupdate yung claimed points If you leave your current employment na may end date na sa huli.

No sa lahat if nainvite ka na at nagchange nang employer afterwards that will be fine.

Habang hindi pa invited you can update the EOI.

May changes na kailangan inotify si DHA - if meron naging changes (passport,address etc.) pero changes in your job/employment is not one of them.

Hi! Hoping may makahelp po regarding probationary period concern ko sa work experience.

For context;

Company A, worked for 2y 3m
Company B naman, worked for 1y 7m

Total is 3y 10m, currently unemployed

my concern po kasi is with company B, i started working with them july 2022 pero yung benefits ko nagstart pa september kasi sa “probationary” period ni company B (since small company), sa 3rd month pa nagstart yung contributions.

worry ko lang po is since automatic nag uupdate points for work experience. baka po kasi mainvite around the time na exactly 5yrs na yung recorded work experience pero makulangan yung CO ng proof for company B since no contri for 2 months…

may nakaencounter na po ba ng same concern?

pero sumi-sweldo ka naman nung 2 months na yun? you can submit payslips as payment evidence

yes po. although wala rin pong deducted amount for benefits for the 2 months, okay lang po ba yun? also hindi po ba ako hahanapan ng form 2316 and bank statements (magulo rin po kasi payroll & accounting nila since small company).

i just found out rin po kasi today na ang daming discrepancies sa nakadeclare sa summary of tax & start date ko for company B... not to mention my signature was forged kaya ngayon lang po ako naging aware sa mga details… i dont wanna risk submitting it kasi i considered it falsified docs na rin po..

yung work around i could think of is possible po kaya na iadjust nalang yung declared employment period sa EOI so it aligns with the benefits? i think sss, pagibig & philhealth lang po yung valid & credible proofs po na mapprovide ko..

yes po, bali CDR with no RSEA po ako. yung sa CDR ko po, nakalagay po yung 2 months. mag kakaissue po ba dun?

pwede rin po ba payslip + bank statement for those months? pero yung sa bank statement po kasi is cash deposit or online transfer lang po yung salary ko.. 🙁

wala akong idea with CDR eh

pwede naman. provide as much payment evidence as possible. anything to prove that you were paid. kung lahat yan dumaan sa bank, you can try requesting a transaction history as additional evidence.
