Hello po, bale EOI palang po. Wala pa po Invite, currently ROI ko po is for 190 pero napapaisip na baka higher chance mainvite under 491. Pero may nabasa din po ako na since non-prio role ko at if nainvite ng 491, baka mahirapan ako makahanap work sa regional area ng VIC and would need 3-5 years para makaapply PR.

So baka stay nalang ako ang pray for a 190 invite po.

I have the same concern, ito dn naiicp ko lalo n if factor dn ang age much better tlga if visa 190. Let’s hope and pray n lng po.

it all boils down to getting the invite first, more entries po for visa's 189/190/491, for different states as well, more chances of winning 😉

whatever visa is offered for your EOI's, i highly suggest to grab it, especially nowadays na sobrang hirap makakuha ng invite for different states

no need to worry about work yet even though regional, just take it one at a time, wag mo na muna isipin yung susunod after getting the long awaited invite for your EOI, worry about work once andirito ka na 🙂 for me, madaming work na available, especially kung hindi ka naman mapili 😉

again grab the invite na i-ooffer sayo, hangga't di ka nagbabayad, for me, you have all the freedom to choose and be picky 😉 that is just my 2cents 🙂

at the end of the day, please don't forget to also live your life to the fullest, if meron ka plan A, consider getting plan B - Z too 🙂 mahirap kung dito lang naka-focus sa AU, try din other countries if possible, like CA or EU 🙂

Kung ano yung reference number ng PTE/IELTS na nakalagay sa EOI mo by the time you're invited, yun ang claimable points. Always update your EOI asap, ang alala ko dyan sa VIC ROI, EOI number lang and partner ang tinatanong. Yung english proficiency sa EOI na mismo kinukuha. Good luck!

Seems to me that they planned the round very well this time :

Analysing the VIC round - they had given 20% and 80% split for 190 and 491 respectively,based on the data gathered .

With respect to the 189 round last week,

High pointers were invited for 189 all across occupations except for trades, conducting a majority 491 will seem to cause no issue ,as they select candidates based on ROI metrics. (Points range without states points could easily be below the cut off for 189) ,for tradies at this round they invited 70₇₅ range in 491 includes states points which is below the cut-off for tradies for the 189.

In my case po last year sa VIC din, I was invited Dec. 19 then Jan. 11 ko po nareceive yung final invi. 🙂
