hello, is anyone here na legally married but not in good terms with the partner but do have kids? Question, sa visa lodgement, ano po un kalimitan itatanong ni CO kapag hindi kasama sa application si partner? Then other requirements po ba during visa logdement ay may participation/appearance ba si partner like medical or partner's requirements? salamat po sa sasagot.

For those with non-accompanying parents applying for a visa

You will need to get a consent from non-accompanying parent / person with parental responsibility to bring the children with you.

Get this form signed from DHA website and attach in your application. (Form 1229)

If the spouse is not included in the application - you can provide evidences of legal docs ,travel documents or court orders to say you are solely responsible about where your children is/are going to live if applicable.

You also need the other parent’s passport details showing specimen signature.
