Ang pagkakatanda ko emedical is magdedeclare n lang po ng health , yung passport and applicant details na ka pre-populate na sya sa pagkakaalam ko , so it could be in the encoding of the application for the visa initially ,the details doon na may mali sa inencode?

If that is the case you can notify DHA through IMMI Account for notification of incorrect answers para macorrect po yung details nila sa mismong visa lodgement na sa immi account (Form 1023)
