Hello po sa lahat. 🙂 Question po, sa Canberra lang kasi pasok ang occupation code na binigay sakin. Pero target ko po sana is Sydney kasi nandun ang kapatid ko, hindi nia ko masponsor kasi working visa lang siya.

If ever po ba na maging successful ang sponsorship ko sa Canberra and magrant ako ng PR visa, tapos kunwari nakahanap ako ng work sa Sydney in less than 2 years (let's say 6 months lang), magkakaroon po ba ako ng violation kung lilipat ako? Ground for cancellation of visa ba yun? Thanks.

@nikkiniknik11: sa mga online job boards like Seek, if you open that advert, may option to "print job and notes". paglabas ng print dialog box, dun mo select ang pdf printer mo para i-save nya into a pdf file.

ganito ginawa ko sa aking SS application, tinaggap naman nila.

@kremitz Hello.. sorry tagal ko na di nabuksan to. Wla pa kong work.. naglibot kasi muna kami sa Australia for a month. This week plang ako naghahanap ng work. I'll let you know pay meron na. Pero so far, medyo mahirap humanap ng IT jobs kasi karamihan ng opening ay govt offices and citizens lang ang tinatanggap nila. IT din ba ate mo?

Hi All, I have the same concern. We've been granted a state-nominated Visa sponsored by ACT. We've applied 2 years ago this January lang na approve so naturally nagiba na ang job market. My husband and I are both recruiters. While serving our notice an d prepping for the move, I applied for a job in Sydney and it looks positive (since wala nga akong makuha sa Canberra) our migration agent said walang issue yun nor violation of the law pero I just want to know if meron na bang nakagawan non ever?? Baka kasi may implications na di namin alam?

be very careful on this commitment and you better find a new agent. If you try to search for your VEVO details, you can see at the bottom of the page your visa limitations (e.g. allowed to stay and work in ACT only).

Every year the ACT government will try to contact you on your residential and email addresses. You also need to answer surveys specific to ACT, if you are not here you'll have hard time providing answers.

Once they found out that you and your family are not living in the ACT, they will have grounds to cancel your visa.

Also your employer from NSW (sydney) has lawful obligation to follow. Some employers are very strict on that (VEVO details), and for those who doesnt follow this may end up in big trouble.

But there is always a workaround on that. Let me know if you want to get some ideas.

@Envy - medyo matagal na to. But i dont see this kind of clause in the grant letter or the vevo details. Please enlighten me.

Question po --- Yung Settlement Statement, Family relationship statment and commitment statement pwede po ba syang magkakasama sa isang 2 pages statement? or kelangan tig-isa silang statement.
