Our family will be moving to Perth on the 2nd week of January and we are looking for a place to rent near Perth CBD. We are a family of three (me, my wife, and our kid).

Hi Jane.

Since hindi ka na magrent dun sa house kasi wala ka kasama, available po yung 2 houses. One in 1 Berehaven Avenue, Thornlie - opposite sya tennis center with 12 courts and lawn bowling, primary school, next to Thornlie indoor swimming center and 50m to shopping area, and close to transport. 30-40minutes via bus and/or train.

Yung isa po bahay ay sa 56 Adamson Road, Parmelia 3x1 din with aircons on the rooms and living area. 10 minutes walk to train station in Kwinana which is then 20minutes to Perth CBD. Both properties have 700sqm block and and is at $370/week.

Pwede po maggroup para mahati sa rental. A family can rent for $240 and a bedspace for $130.
