@rooroo sa Point Medical na upload na daw nuong 15th pa. Tapos tinanong ko kung may problema ba at ang sabi normally kung may prob daw tatawag sila. Baka na busy lang si CO monitor ko nalang til next week 🙂

My agent just advised me today na may CO na raw ako. 🙂

Frontloaded na lahat ng documents namin ng partner ko. The medicals seem to be ok. At least based sa feedback ng NHSI.

Being a worrywart, ano pa kaya ang pwedeng dahilan para ma reject kami? Considering na may agent pa kami na we trust have made the necessary preparations.

Btw, would the CO be biased against a same sex partnership? Or bawal nila i-cite yun as grounds for rejection? Medyo praning lang talaga ako. hehehe.

Kung nakafront load na po lahat anong sinabi sainyo ng CO? I mean nde naman kasi necessary ung initial contact unless may pending document ka. About naman sa same sex partnership I don't think magiging issue kasi may isang member dn ng forum na to na recently lang approved ang visa with defacto (same sex) 🙂

@Isyut sir ka ba or maam? naku wag po kayo mag alala mas malala yung CO ko. 1 November pa po ako nag upload ng SG PCC (one and only additional document required as per initial contact) at wala pa din siyang reply.

MN naman ang initials ng CO ko also from team 6.

@peterpan07 -- sna nga mars, pero mahirap mangulet sa CO. After our initial exchange of email wednesday morning ( she replied within 20 mins ) I don't dare send her another one. Anyway, pag narefer naman wag naman lumagpas ng 6 months am Ok with that.😉

Well, maghanda ka na ng ipopost mo para sa next week CO allocation mo.. Magkasunod lng tayo timeline db.

@mhej -- hi! Ok lng yan! DIBP defined the term 'partner' in booklet 6 to wit:

<b>De facto partner--A person is the de facto partner of another person (whether of the same sex or a different sex) if the person is in a de facto relationship with the other person.</b>

So I guess they're open about it in the same level as UK. If the relationship may be supported very well thru evidence, you're pretty fine along the line.

Guys, quick question. Has there ever been a referred meds whose OH ( organiZe health ) link disappeared and changed with ' no health examination required' ? I mean, shouldn't OH be showing ' referred ' instead? Well. Just curious. But that shouldn't stop me from enjoying my " bagnet " meal now!😉

yes, uploaded and sent it through email as well 🙂 wala pa yung NBI namin 🙁 di pa nagrereply si Ms. Sandra Sobida. Sabi nya sakin kahapon today ipapadala. kaso di nag reply sa email ko, if ever nasend nya today, by monday mreceive ko na yun same day ng collection ng police clearance ko sa monday. hopefully grant na before nov ends 😃 papa burger ako sa oz! 🙂)

Hi guys! Dadalhin ko kasi yung fingerprint card (NBI) ni hubby sa Taft bukas, pero kuha na din ako ng NBI clearance ko. Pwede ba sabay na sa NBI Taft kumuha? Matagal ba process? Kasi pupunta pa din ako dfa after for passport renewal. Kaya kaya half day hehehe? Thanks!
